INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 green chilies (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, and fenugreek seeds and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
